Konstantstromquelle 100 µA. (Elektronik)

» ich brauche eine Konstantstromquelle für einen sehr kleinen Strom:

» - Eingangsspannung 3 Volt (Batteriebetrieb)
» - Ausgangsstrom begrenzt auf 100 µA.

» Eine Abweichung von 10% wäre noch in Ordnung.

Da fehlen aber noch einige wichtige Angaben. Wie hoch muss die Ausgangsspannung noch mindestens sein können? Wie steht um den Temperaturbereich? Wieviel Strom darf die Schaltung selbst verbrauchen?
