Danke für deine schnelle Antwort.
Ich hatte ganz vergessen zu erwähnen, dass es sich um einen wechselnden Lastwiderstand handelt, und ich nach einer Transistorschaltung suche, die diesen geringen Strom zuverlässig regeln/begrenzen kann... ;-)
