Konstantstromquelle 100 µA. (Elektronik)

Liebe Fachleute im Forum,

ich brauche eine Konstantstromquelle für einen sehr kleinen Strom:

- Eingangsspannung 3 Volt (Batteriebetrieb)
- Ausgangsstrom begrenzt auf 100 µA.

Eine Abweichung von 10% wäre noch in Ordnung. Hat jemand eine gute Idee, wie eine passende Schaltung aufgebaut sein müsste?
