Verbrannte R3/R4 deuten auf hohen Überstrom hin.

Eine Spannung >7 Volt (Akku, C etc..) würde evtl. die 2N3055 Transitoren zerstören, wenn Netzteil abgeschaltet aber diese Spannung am Ausgang beaufschlagt wird. Die max. BE Spannung der 2N3055 ist 7 Volt.
Es wäre interessant zu sehen wie der UI-Regelungspfad aussieht.
