Ist aber relativ einfach und Kurz die Antwort:

16F haben einen 14 Bit Kern (nicht verwechseln mit der Daten / Busbreite)
18F haben einen 16Bit Kern.

Das "F" bezeichnet lösch und wiederprogrammierbares Flash Memory.
"C" weist auf ein nur einmal prorammierbares Memory hin. Programmfehler -> Chip wegschmeißen.

Edit:
Brauchst du wirklich 3 CCPs, musst du wohl 16F737 oder 747 oder 767 oder 777 nehmen. Die gibts noch in DIL, aber vermutlich nicht beim Bastelversender.
