Wieso nicht?
Hier steht ausnahmsweise mal nicht der Satz: "Ich will nix kaufen, da ich auch was dabei lernen will". Obwohl das oft ein Vorwand ist für: darf nix kosten

Er will irgendwie 0,1 Ohm haben.
10x1 Ohm parallel kennt er - was und warum wäre "pfiffiger"? Oder geht's doch um 2Euro Kosten?
Mit Widerstandsdraht selbst wicklen wäre ok, wenn er denn den Draht hätte. (kann man auch kaufen)
Ob Kupferdraht ausreicht, wissen wir mangels Hintergrundinformationen nicht.

Also möge der TE verraten, ob und warum Kaufen bzw Kupferdraht nicht funktioniert und welche besonderen Anforderungen bestehen.
