Thyristor fast ohne Leckstrom? (Bauelemente)

Hallo liebes Forum!

Für mein derzeitiges Projekt suche ich ein Bauteil, dass wie ein Thyristor (oder eine SCR) funktioniert (dh. so lange niederohmig bleibt, wie ein gewisser Haltestrom fließt), im Sperrzustand aber einen Leckstrom im unteren Nanoampere-Nereich hat. Gibt es sowas?
Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen :)
