Pull up auch als Pull down? (Elektronik)

» Kann man Pull up Wiederstände auch als Pull down Wiederstände benutzen?
» Bei meinem Kontiniumtransfunktionator sind alle Pull ups (grüne Farbe)
» durchgebrannt und hab leider nur Pull down Wiederstände da (blaue Farbe).
» Ein Freund sagt wenn ich ie anstatt der ups einbaue gehn die IC´s kaputt.

Bei uns ist die blaue Farbe (Himmel) eher oben und
die grüne Farbe (Rasen) eher unten.
