Das Bild bei Conrad zeigt keinen CD4017 sondern nur ein Beispiel das du in der Rubrick ICs bist, auf deinem gekauften muss

CD4017 ,oder CD4017D stehen und der hat 16 Pin, vielleicht
hast du CD4007 der hat 14 Pin, mach mal die glubschen auf.
