USB funktioniert nicht (Computertechnik)

Hallo,
mein Motherboard war defekt (PCI-Express-Slot für GraKa).
Habe mir bei ebay ein gebrauchtes (das Gleiche) besorgt.
Wie gesagt, Funktion wurde nicht garantiert.

Grafik funktioniert jetzt wieder aber kein USB-Port.
Spannung liegt an und im Gerätemanager sieht alles super aus.

Noch einer eine Idee?

Board: MSI MS-7225 V1.2
