OPV als Konstantstromsquelle (Schaltungstechnik)

ui vielen dank auf jeden fall...
aber ich verstehs trotzdem nicht...
da muss ich jetzt noch dioden einbauen oder was ist das in rot und blau?! und warum hat der opv 5 ausgänge und nicht 3...
ich dachte ich könnte einfach meine beiden widerstände da anschließen und fertig aber ich fürchte da bin ich überfordert!

könnt ihr ne andere EINFACHE möglichkeit vorschlagen, wie ich meine konstantstromquelle für 5 leds in reihe bekomme, ohne stromregeldioden zu benutzen?
