OPV als Konstantstromsquelle (Schaltungstechnik)

ja stimmt schon, ich find auch ein paar sachen dazu,
aber was ich nicht verstehe ist:
Welche Widerstände muss ich nehmen? Ich treffe immer wieder auf Ia = Ue / Rm
bei mir ist Ia also 25mA, Ue wären bei mir 15 Volt (einfach die Netzteil-spannung oder?)
und dann hätte ich einen Widerstand von 0,72Ohm?
Und anscheinend gibts ja noch einen zweiten Widerstand, der an den OPV geschlossen wird, Rv, keine Ahnung welchen ich da nehmen soll + wozu der da ist!?!
Tut mir leid für die blöden Fragen =)
