Dass bei einem Basis-Emitter-Strom von 0,5mA und einem Kollektor-Emitter-Strom von 10mA die Restspannung der Kollektor-Emitter-Strecke nur noch 90mV beträgt, und auch bei mehr Basisstrom nicht mehr nennenswert sinkt.


» Danke das man hier zu so später Stunde noch Hilfe bekommt.
