Kennt jemand die IC's? (Bauelemente)

Hallo ich suche paar erfahrene Leute, die etwas über
die IC's auf dem Bild wissen. Finde keine Infos darüber im Netzt. Kennt ihr die IC's? Oder wisst was sie machen? Oder irgendwas andres? Firma?

Auf dem V40098D steht hinten noch "11731" drauf
Auf dem TOSHIBA ist hinten noch "J1"
und auf dem kleinen ist "21B15" eingepresst
