SI-PNP UNI 40V 0,6A

ist das ein möglicher Transistor ?

Was bedeutet nochmal die 40V und 0,6A habs mal gelernt und wieder vergessen.

PNP weiß ich, SI ist Silizium.

Ist 0,6 A der maximale Strom der Basis ?

Doch wann "schaltet" der Transistor ?
Warum gibt es bei Reichelt kein Datenblatt dazu ?
