RC Schwingkreis?! (Elektronik)

Hallo zusammen,

mir ist wohl bekannt, was ein LC Schwingkreis ist aber RC? Meine damit dort: http://mb.f2.htw-berlin.de/fileadmin/daten-pool/mb/MT/laborversuche/Sensor.pdf unter Gliederungspunkt 5.2. Bin da ein wenig verwirrt.

Ist damit vllt einfach nur das RC Glied gemeint (Hoch- / Tiefpass)?

Ach und: Welche Aufgabe übernimmt denn der Oszi in gezeigtem Link? (Punkt 5.2)
