nochmal Codeschloß (Elektronik)

Hallo Gemeinde, nochmal diese Schaltung hier:



dazu hätte ich die Frage, wie könnte ich mit einigen herkömmlichen ICs der CMOS-40er- oder 45er-Reihe und ein paar Hex-Schaltern oder Mäuseklavieren eine Schaltung verwirklichen, den Code einzustellen und zu verändern?
