Schlechte Tantal Elkos 2 ohm? (Elektronik)

Hallo,

habe mir aus China 20 Stück 16v 10uf Tantal elkos bestellt.
Diese sind heute angenommen.
Dir Messung mit meinem AVR Transistortester gab einen ESR von 2 ohm aus.
Ist das nicht extrem schlecht für einen Tantal Elko?
