Der Dreibeiner von Gerald wäre super, aber so winzig krieg ich nicht gelötet. Das mit dem LM10 ist ne geile Lösung! Danke!

Edit: Grade probiert, mit einem TL431 komme ich runter bis 2 Volt bei 40µA Ruhestrom. Das passt auch.
nochmal Edit Mit dem ollen DDR-Typ B589 (Referenz-IC auf fest 1,235 Volt) komme ich mit 1,8V und 500 Ohm Vorwiderstand aus. Das ist jetzt meine Lösung!
