Problem mit Sample and Hold Stufe (Elektronik)

Hallo,

ich habe jetzt eine Lösung gefunden.
Ich kompensiere den Strom (siehe Schaltbild).
Bei 14,7 MOhm (10 M + 4,7 M) läuft der Balken noch nach oben, bei 16,8 MOhm bereits nach unten.
Mit 15,6 MOhm bleibt er stehen.

Wie gesagt: Folienkondensator fällt wegen Größe aus. Selbst die normalen mit ca. 5,5mm x 10mm sind schon
zu groß. Habe jetzt einen mit ca. 4 x 7mm drin.
