aso, also brennen tut hier nix (jedenfalls nicht bei mir) :D Der Schaltplan, den Du reingesetzt hast, ist für meine Begriffe fehlerhaft; hast Du ihn anhand der Leiterbahnen und Verbindungen gezeichnet?

Es handelt sich bei dieser Schaltung einfach nur um eine ordinäre Phasenanschnittsteuerung, ein hundsgewöhnlicher Dimmer halt. Damit kannst Du die Drehzahl halt mit dem Poti (Du sagst "Regler" ) "nur" stellen.

Diese Diode am gate des Triac ist keine, sondern ein Diac. Nimmst Du einfach eine "ER900", ist ein Standard-Diac. Ich kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass die kaputt gegangen sein soll, außer der Triac und alles an ihm angeschlossene ist mit ihm verschmort.

Ich kann Dir den Schaltplan so aufzeichnen, wie er richtig ist, oder aber Dir eine andere Schaltung (mit nur 7 Bauteilen) zukommen lassen, die eine echte Regelung bewirkt, d.h. die eingestellte Drehzahl bleibt bei wechselnder Belastung nahezu kostant, vor allem im niedrigen Drehzahlbereich.
