LED impulsstrom , Berechnung Vorwiderstand (Elektronik)

Die berechnung ist mir allgemein bekannt. Jedoch hab ich einen tastgrad von 25%. Muss dann nicht dementsprechend mit dem vierfachen des max stromes gerechnet werden?
