??? Hää? Da sehe ich überall nur "Mosfet Gate driver".
(gibts die Mouser Seite nicht auf Deutsch?)

Sicher kann man sowas mit einer H-Brücke als links/rechts/ Geschwindigkeit in einem Akkuschrauber benutzen.

Mandy wollte es damals als Wechselrichter 24= / 230~ verwenden.
