Oder wenn man es eilig hat und einem die Darstellungsform nicht wichtig ist, bei wenigen Pins wie hier kann man sich die Belegung ja merken, kann man auch die .mod Datei im ltspice oeffnen, rechtsklick ueber dem subcircuit dann create symbol.

Das kann man dann ja auch ggf. verschoenern.
