Rth/ Kühlkörperfmontagefläche (Elektronik)

Hallo,

also gewöhnlich ist der KK größer als das zu kühlende Teil, sei es igbt Transistor oder IC!!!
Ich weiß nicht wo da das Problem ist, ausser genügend Kühlleistung?




Siehe Bild, so ist das üblich und ich habe noch viel größere KKs im Verhältniss zum kühlenden Teil gesehen bzw benutzt.
Mit Wasser wirds natürlich viel kleiner! ABER da haste ev. Probleme bei hoher Spannung den Schutz vor Behrührung zu verwirklichen!
