Rth/ Kühlkörperfmontagefläche (Elektronik)

Hallo,
Ich hab ein IGBT Modul das ich kühlen will. Ich benötige eien Kühlkörper mit einem Rth von 0.4K/W oder kleiner.
Spielt es eine Rolle wenn die Gedachte Kühlkörpermontagefläche des Kühlkörpers größer ist als die Kühlfläche an meinem IGBT,kann ich dann trotzdem weiterhin einen Kühlkörper mit einem Rth von 0.4K/W nehmen?
