Hallo tomwagner, Deine Meinung ist richtig. Danke !
Mit dieser entstehenden Wärme werde ich dann erhitzt/
erwärmt. Das ist wie Kavitation/plötzliche Temperatur-
erhöhung, HotSpot.
Aber wie kommt diese Wärme zu mir, in meinen Körper?
Ich muß dazu sitzen oder liegen - also still halten -
sonst geht das nicht. Sobald ich das merke, laufe oder
bewege ich mich und die Erwärmung klappt nur mäßig.
Wenn Du dazu auch eine technische Erklärung hast, freue
ich mich sehr.
Ich bin gespannt auf Deine Antwort.
