Trafo/Netzteil für ein Autoradio (Elektronik)

Ich habe gerade eine 12Volt Batterie bei Amazon gefunden.

Falls der Link nicht funktioniert, einfach "Ansmann - Batterie A23 Alkaline 12V" in das Suchfeld eingeben.

Wäre das evtl. eine Möglichkeit um die Grundversorgung zu gewährleisten?

Was denke ihr wie lange diese Batterie halten könnte? Tage, Wochen, Monate oder sogar Jahre. Klar kann man das nicht so sagen, aber rein von eurem Bauchgefühl aus.
