Nimm einen passenden isolierten Widerstandsdraht.
Sowas benutzt man z.B. zum Auftauen von Wasser-
leitungen. Das Problem wird sein: Ein Heißluftfön
hat typisch 500...1500W. Wenn Du Deiner Nieder-
spannungsquelle änliche Leistungen entnimmst, wird
sie schnell leer sein.
