Drehzahlsteller / Gleichstrommotor (Elektronik)

Hallo,
möchte einen Motor mit einmal 45 U/m und einmal mit 33,3 U/m laufen lassen. Kann mir da jemand eine Steuerung verwirklichen helfen?
