Stromfluß bei NAND Gatter (Elektronik)

Hier mal wie vorgeschlagen Schaltplan mit Schaltzuständen "beide Eingänge high" und "beide Eingänge low"
Beide Schaltungen wurden in einem Stück erstellt, somit haben die Bauelemente in der rechten Schaltung andere Bezeichnungen.
Nicht von den vielen Nachkommastellen oder Extremwerten der Messwerte stören lassen!
Die Schaltung ist etwas umdimensioniert......
