 Wenn Netzteil und CMOS-Batterie als Ursache für solch ein inkonsistentes Verhalten ausgeschlossen werden können, ist der nächste Verdächtige meiner Erfahrung nach ein defekter Arbeitsspeicher. Falls dein PC mehrere Speicherriegel haben sollte, versuch mal, einen davon herauszuhehmen und schau, was dann passiert.
