Bei Win 10 würde ich jetzt sagen:
Windows Taste antippen, dann das Wort eingabe tippen
jetzt sollte schon das Menü mit Eingabeaufforderung aufgehen und rechts steht "als Administrator ausführen"
Bei deinem alten System könnte das auch so funktionieren.
Sonst frag Google.
