Schottky diode (Elektronik)

Hallo,
für einen Schaltungsnachbau benötige ich eine Diode Typ "HSMS2850" SMD.
Leider ist die nicht mehr erhältlich.
Kann mir Jemand eine Ersatztype nennen, oder gibt es nicht vergleichbares?
