Macht der das auch, wenn die 19V separat eingespeist werden?
a) 555 abgeschaltet
b) 555 im Leerlauf
c) 555 mit Last hinter der Verdopplung
?
Sehe eben, die Beschaltung des 555 ist zumindest untypisch. Falsch gezeichnet oder falsch gebaut?

Und der Transistor soll sicher ein 2N7000 sein.
