Vermutlich PTFE und das könnte wohl deutlich mehr als 30kV.
Aber meine Erfahrungen sagen, daß man bei Eigenbauten da lieber einen min. 10fachen Sicherheitsfaktor nehmen sollte.
Aber das ist ja ein spezifiziertes Kabel und 2kV sollten da keine Probleme machen.
Am einfachsten ist es, das Kabel unter Spannung setzen und mit einem geerdeten(!) und massebezogenen Teil händisch abfahren.
