Du hast eine für deine Absichten nicht gerade gut geeignete Schaltung gekauft.
Wenn ich es richtig interpretiere, kann diese Schaltung die LED dimmen - mehr nicht. Strom stellst du über einen Vorwiderstand ein.
Falls du nicht dimmen willst: lass die Schaltung weg und nimm nur den Vorwiderstand.

Besser: nimm eine "richtige" Konstantstromquelle, die auch einen echten Konstantstrom liefert. Auch da gibts welche, die einen Dimmereingang haben.
