» Eine Allgemeine Frage: Wenn ich mir ein Netzteil mit elektronisch

Die sind bei stabilisierten Netzteilen praktisch
identisch.

Widerstand brauchst Du nur für normale LEDs. Nicht
für Farbwechsel-ICs. Da muss nur die Spannung stimmen.

» Übrigens: Wechselspannungsnetzteil mit Gleichspannungsausgang.
Schon klar. Die Bezeichnung "Wechselspannungsnetzteil"
bezieht sich normalerweise aber auf den Ausgang.
