Board-Ansichteinfache Konstantstromquelle für 500mA ? (Schaltungstechnik)

Auf die Schaltung, obwohl sehr einfach, muß man erst mal kommen. Reicht aber vollkommen aus für meine Zwecke. Im Grunde reicht da ja jeder kleine Transistor, je höher seine Stromverstärkung, desto besser der "Knick" beim Strom. Supi!
