Der Starter schaltet nur eine ohmsche Last. Im Neonbalken kommt eine induktive Komponente dazu.

Untersuchungen dazu wird es keine geben, ich halte die Chancen für ein langes Leben recht hoch.

Die Lebenszeit einer Glühlampe ist nicht von der Schalthäufigkeit abhängig. (hab ich mal bei einem Hersteller ergoogelt)

Eine Glühlampe oder ein Starter sind schnell gewechselt.

Wie gehts der Skulptur aus Widerständen? ;-)
