Bei dieser Dimensionierung ist die Kurve absolut gleich.
Außerdem ist es eigentlich Wurst, ob Dreieck oder Sägezahn.
Mit dem CMOS lässt sich allerdings ein Tastverhältnis von 1:1 leichter realisieren.
Bei entsprechender Beschaltung der zeitbestimmenden Widerstände und einem Verhältnis von 51:22 schwingt auch der NE555 mit einem Verhältnis von 1:1. Nur dann wird es schwierig auch noch 50Hz einzustellen.

Und gekrümmt sind die Kurven so wie so, da der Kondensator nicht mit konstantem Strom geladen wird.
