Stimmt.
Aber der IC wurde mit der Organisationsform 256k*4 Angegeben.
(Und Nicht 256k*8, bzw 256kByte. Oder auch nicht mit 256k*2*4 )


» 1 Byte = 8 Bit (oder 2*4 Bit)
» Wie die Speicherung organisiert wird, ob 2 halbe Byte oder
» gleich ein ganzes Byte (256kb / 8 ) ist für den Anwender irrelevant.
