Was heißt aber “ Ein SRAM der Organisationsform 256k*4“
Ist damit gemeint, dass pro Adresse nur ein Halbbyte gespeichert wird?

Das währen ja nur 16kByte

(256*1024) * 16 = 4.194.304 Bit

4.194.304 Bit / 256 Bit = 16.384 Byte

16.384 Byte / 1024 = 16kByte
