Ein einfaches Reengineering des Teiles ist damit ausgeschlossen. Der Inhalt des Maskenprogrammierten NSC-Controllers kann nicht untersucht werden.
Allerdings ist es unwahrscheinlich, daß der primäre defekt dort zu suchen ist.
Das Teil funktioniert wohl so, daß die Tastenzustände vom Controller gelesen werden. Dieser speichert dann die sich daraus ergebenden Einstellungen im EE-PROM und steuert die Treiberstufe für die Relais und vermutlich Thyristorsteuerung des Motors passend an.
Möglicherweise gibt es noch einen Optokoppler zur trennung der Potentiale und zur Rückmeldung der Drehzahl (würd ich jetzt bei diesem Preis erwarten!).
