Nein, nicht mit einer Portfreigabe. Die Portfreigabe lässt Kommunikation von außen nach innen.

Du müsstest allen ausgehenden Verkehr blocken, außer den, der auf WhatsApp Server geht, Stichwort Firewall. Ob das geht müsste man probieren.
