Lockdown ist ein wenig kürzer als "Ausgangssperre" u. beim Schreiben u.a. nicht ganz so Fehleranfällig.

Schlimmer finde ich seit Jahren den Satz: Wir schaffen das, nur wer es dann wirklich kann, wird uns das "Mufflon" leider nicht mehr erklären können!

Gegenfrage, warum ist "Abkürzung" so ein langes Wort?
