Die ganze Show lief zu Zeiten des kalten Krieges, und das Erreichen des Mondes war ein Wettbewerb zwischen Ost und West, wobei die Sowjetunion auch schon einiges erreicht hatte. Dann waren die Amerikaner zuerst am Ziel, worauf offenbar in der Sowjetunion das Projekt zur bemannten Mondlandung abgebrochen wurde. Wäre die Landung der Amis ein Fake gewesen, hätte das bestimmt eine Reaktion zur Folge gehabt - technische Mittel zum Nachweis hätte die Sowjetunion bestimmt gehabt. Der nachträgliche Vergleich von Mondgestein (die Sowjetunion war ja auf dem Mond, nur eben nicht bemannt) zwischen Missionen der Sowjetunion und Apollo 11 hat den Verschwörungstheoretikern auch nicht geholfen, da hat alles gepaßt. Der Funkverkehr der Mission wurde u.A. von der Sternwarte Bochum - aber auch von vielen Funkamateuren weltweit mitgehört, auch mit Peilungen. Die Frequenzen lagen knapp über 2GHz. Gut, die hatten wohl damals einen Walkman und ne Funke hochgeschossen.....
