Was sind das für Elkos? (Bauelemente)

Sind das Tantalkondensatoren oder ganz normale Elkos in exotischem Gehäuse?
(Durchmesser 4,5mm - Länge 8,7mm)


(mehr steht auf den Dingern nicht drauf, also 10µF/25V)
