Da würde ich keine extra Treiber nehmen, die sind auch mit den 5-8mA des ICL7107 ziemlich hell.
» 57mm (Kingbright SC23-12SRWA). Wobei ich bei der letzteren
» Anzeige mit Transistoren arbeiten muß (Spannung, Strom).
Ein Fall für ULN2803.
