Optokoppler für hohe Ströme (Elektronik)

Hallo, nach was muss ich googeln wenn ich einen optokoppler für ströme bis 30 ampere suche.
U=64 volt

Gibt es solche überhaupt. Sollten kein Relai sein. Möchte es mit PWM Steuern.

Ich finde da irgendwie nichts passendens
